TERMS, AND CONDITIONS REGARDING PROGRAMS, SEMINARS, AND PRODUCTS

The following are the terms and conditions relating to your participation in and/or attendance at Healing Springs Institute Program (“HSIP”) and/or Wiseman’s live events, coaching and consulting, and live seminars (hereafter referred to in the singular tense as “Seminar”), as well as virtual seminars, online seminars, Tele-seminars, webinars, telephone/ online/ virtual training, and telephone/online/ virtual consulting and coaching programs, (hereafter referred to in the singular tense as “Program”), written, digital, electronic and recorded products (“Products”) which are produced by Kings Abode Church Inc. "HSIP" and Apostle Wiseman ("Promoter"). These terms and conditions are relevant to all Healing Springs Institute Program’s events, Seminars, Programs, and Products. 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Services. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password, Access Code, or PIN to any third party. Please under no circumstance should you give our materials and online conference codes to anyone. This service is free so you can always invite your friends to log in at any time and we will gladly send them these materials. Anyone who enters the system without registering will not get our attention until they register by themselves and put their information into the system

You must, therefore, notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available through these Sites and healing program (including but not limited to information contained on message videos or live stream, in text files, or in chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial,  medical, psychological, or legal matters.  In particular, you should regularly consult a doctor in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. We and our licensors or suppliers make no representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through the program. Neither we nor our partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your use of the Sites, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders from Healing Springs Institute depend upon the method you choose and the shipping destination. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form before you place your order.

How are items shipped?

We reserve the right to choose an appropriate shipping carrier for your shipment, but generally use the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other applicable couriers.  It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. This is dependent upon your location.

Spiritual Content

We and our attendees or participants may respectfully and courteously discuss spiritual topics relating to personal and professional growth during the Seminar/ Program or in the Products. We consider our educational Program and Products a forum for ideas and believe that each individual should make a positive contribution to the group regardless of their personal beliefs, even if they differ from the personal beliefs of others in the group. Due to the fact that this program is based on the use of faith in Jesus Christ and God’s provision of healing in our Christian believes, we expect all attendees to believe and not engage in faith watering activities with other members in the course. Attendees and participants who are uncomfortable with such topics should not attend or
participate in the Seminar/ Program/ Products.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Healing Springs Institute Program.

Healing Springs Institute has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Healing Springs Institute or kings abode church shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

If any, we strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Audio/Visual Rules and Release

Attendees may not use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Seminar/ Program/ Products. No audio recording, photography or videography is allowed in the Seminar room or is to be used to capture information provided in Program/ Products.  By participating in the Seminar/ Program, Attendee understands that portions of the Seminar/ Program may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by the Promoter. Attendee agrees
the Promoter and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee's name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
